Hey guys ‘n’ gals. I’m not a great writer, I never went to college or university. I left school at the age of 16 and have worked ever since. I baked with my mum as a kid but then she fell ill as I got older so she was unable to teach me anything. In the last ten years I’ve spent my time teaching myself how to cook by using online recipes and changing them for my taste. I’ve hosted dinner parties or shared recipes with friends and been told that I should put them on my own website for them all to use. Having a recipe blog is the best way I know how. If you’re reading this, it’s because you’re bored or are looking for something to cook tonight. Heads up: I love to use fresh ingredients only, no frozen ingredients but if you’re able to combine these recipes and frozen ingredients for your family to keep the costs low, then I’m not here to judge. We’re all in this together right?
